Why Meditate?
Meditation, used for many thousands of years by those on a quest for self knowledge, is a powerful tool for self inquiry and the development of greater awareness. When we take the time to relax the mind and breathe into our bodies, we are more able to drop into our hearts and observe and receive things as they are. Rather than reacting to our life we can begin to respond from our center in a proactive way. From this place we begin to harness our true power and to create from our higher self, the part of us that has the capacity to sustain lasting peace and joy.
Meditation is a tool to utilize on a daily basis and coming to a class or scheduling a 1:1 session can assist you in developing a regular meditation practice.
