As we form connections and relationships with people throughout life, we can develop emotional and energetic attachments to them. As a result an energetic cord(s) can form between us and that other person. This can be healthy when we are a child and we are bonded to our caregiver. However, these cords can become a hindrance to our growth when we have moved on from these relationships or if we are feeling stuck in the way we are currently relating to a certain person. This session also includes a clearing of any negative energy that has intentionally or unintentionally been directed towards you. This clearing helps to empower you to release, let go and choose healthier ways of relating.
